The BVG Tickets app is the official ticket-purchasing platform for public transportation in Berlin. With BVG Tickets, you can conveniently purchase tickets for trains, subways, trams, and buses from the official source, allowing you to travel anywhere within Berlin. The app allows you to purchase and download tickets directly to your device, simplifying your journey.

In addition, BVG now offers the new Deutschlandticket, which can be ordered through the BVG website or customer centers. This ticket costs €49 per month and functions as a personal season ticket with no transferability. With the Deutschlandticket, you have access to the entire public transportation system, including regional trains, throughout Germany. Please note that this ticket does not allow for the transportation of other individuals or bicycles.

The BVG Tickets app will provide you with your tickets in a timely manner before the nationwide launch. If you are already a BVG subscriber, there is no need to take any action, as we will contact you directly.

Whether you are a local resident or a visiting tourist, the BVG ticket allows you to travel freely throughout Berlin. It is designed to be fast and user-friendly.

By integrating payment methods such as Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, credit card, PayPal, prepaid options, SEPA direct debit, and express purchase (registration and payment through Apple Pay or PayPal), the BVG Tickets app allows you to bypass waiting at busy train and metro stations.

In the app, you can purchase tickets for any of the following tariff zones:

 <li>Berlin BC (includes areas such as Potsdam and Berlin Airport BER)</li>
 <li>Berlin ABC (includes areas such as Potsdam and Berlin Airport BER)</li>
</ul>

To get your next train, subway, tram, or bus ticket directly on your phone, simply register with your email address, password, first name, and last name. Once registered, you can purchase tickets with the app and immediately use them for your journey. If you already have a BVG account, there is no need to register again; simply use your current account information to log in and purchase tickets.

The BVG Tickets app offers a wide range of ticket options for travel in Berlin. Whether you have been residing here for decades or are just visiting for a couple of days, we have the perfect ticket for you.
